RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURES

Shipping Responsibility and Costs Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund amount. When processing your refund, return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the total refund value.

Processing and Delivery Timeframes Delivery times for replacement items vary based on your geographic location and selected shipping method. Once we receive and process your return, we will provide you with tracking information and estimated delivery dates for any replacement products.

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Retain your shipping receipt until the return process is complete

ONLINE PURCHASE REFUND PROCESS

When you initiate a return for an online order, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

For items returned via courier service, we will begin processing your refund within 72 hours of the package arriving at our warehouse facility.

Upon completion of the refund process, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the transaction.

Please note that after processing is complete, it may take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Should you not see the credited amount in your account after 14 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company with the confirmation email we provided to help expedite the transaction.

  • Orders placed between Oct 30th – December 30th, 2024, can be returned through Jan 31st, 2025. This policy will not apply to any items purchased as final sale and collab items.
  • New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards) or for store credit at your discretion; store credit will be issued in the case of gift returns.
  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
  • Online orders may be returned by mail or in person at a store location. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Items purchased in-store can be returned online or at a store location. To return online, you must have provided your email address at the time of purchase for a digital receipt or association with your SKIMS account. Items purchased without providing an email identifier can be returned at a store location only.
  • Combined returns are prohibited.
  • Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.
  • Returns by mail are subject to a $6.00 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
    • This process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
    • Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
    • Where returns are processed for store credit, a SKIMS gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.
    • If the shipment does not contain the product in new condition, we reserve the right to void the credit or, if the credit has been used, charge your original payment method for the used credit.
    • Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as a SKIMS gift card to the gift recipient, once the return order is in transit back to us.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Holdi’ discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 30 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to a SKIMS gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
